At Ky IPTV, we aim to provide a seamless streaming experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, this policy explains when refunds are (and are not) available, how to request one, and what to expect next.
1) Free Trial Before Purchase
We encourage all users to take advantage of our 24-hour free trial to test device compatibility, content quality, and features before purchasing a subscription.
2) No Refund Policy
Once a subscription is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable. Because our access is digital and delivered immediately, we cannot provide refunds for:
- Monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- Unused or partially used subscription periods.
- Customer dissatisfaction after purchase.
- Issues caused by devices, local networks, or configurations outside our control.
Please use the free trial to make sure the service meets your expectations.
3) Exceptions (Limited)
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Non-delivery by Ky IPTV: You completed payment but your account/access was never provisioned, or the service was completely unavailable due to our systems for a continuous period exceeding 24 hours from purchase/renewal, and our support team could not resolve it.
- Duplicate charge: You were mistakenly charged twice for the same subscription.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds except as required by law.
4) How to Request a Refund (for Exceptions)
Email our team at admin@kyiptv.org within 7 calendar days of the charge and include:
- Full name and the email used for your account.
- Proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or screenshot).
- Subscription details (plan and purchase/renewal date).
- A brief description of the issue (and relevant URLs, device info, or error messages, if any).
If your request is approved, we’ll initiate the refund and confirm by email.
5) Cancellations & Auto-Renewal
You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Your access will remain active until the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for the remaining time on an active period. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.
6) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, your account may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated. We’re happy to help—please reach out first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
7) Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days. Posting times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take longer.
