DMCA Policy
At Ky IPTV, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to properly formatted
notices of alleged infringement.
1) Designated Agent
Please send all DMCA notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

2) How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe material available via Ky IPTV infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our
Designated Agent that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., specific URL(s)).
- Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy & authority statement (under penalty of perjury): “The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
- Signature: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent (typing your full legal name is acceptable for an electronic signature).
3) What Happens After We Receive a Notice
- We will review the notice for completeness and, if valid, remove or disable access to the identified material.
- We will notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
4) How to File a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location of the material before it was removed (e.g., prior URL).
- Statement under penalty of perjury: “I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
- Consent to jurisdiction & service: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of my address (or, if outside the U.S., the judicial district in which Ky IPTV is located), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.”
- Signature: physical or electronic (typing your full legal name).
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless we are notified that the
complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore
the material after not less than 10 business days and no more than 14 business days from receipt of the counter-notification.
5) Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts or block access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6) Misrepresentation
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is
infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
